Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) explains the acceptable and prohibited uses of Career Agent’s services, so that all users and stakeholders can use the App safely, legally and ethically.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use the App to:

  • Search for job opportunities and request automatic application submissions.
  • Upload your CV for optimisation and to receive professional feedback from consultants.
  • Run skills assessments and receive learning recommendations.
  • Receive career trend analyses and personalised insights.

3. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the Service to:

  • Upload or distribute fake, fraudulent or materially misleading CVs or documents intended to deceive employers.
  • Use the App to harass, defame, threaten or unlawfully discriminate against others.
  • Attempt to access other users’ accounts or personal data without authorisation.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, resell or otherwise extract mass data from the App without written permission.
  • Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) through the App.
  • Use the App for illegal activity or to facilitate illicit business practices.

4. Accountable Behaviour & CV Content

Your CV and profile should be truthful and accurate. Misrepresentation of qualifications or experience that leads to employer or candidate harm may result in account suspension and may expose you to legal consequences.

5. Enforcement & Remedies

If we suspect a breach of this policy we may take any of the following actions depending on the severity:

  • Issue warnings and require remedial actions.
  • Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate accounts.
  • Remove offending content and inform affected parties.
  • Report unlawful behaviour to authorities or affected third parties.

7. Changes to the AUP

We may revise this policy to address new risks or regulatory requirements. We will notify users of material changes.
